PIZZA BLOG

We made a Pizza and these are things I think about the pizza and the recipe of making the Pizza.

Ingredients:                        Method:

-Puff Pastry                     1) Pour flour onto table and then put the Puff Pastry on top 
-Tomato sauc                  2) Knead the Puff Pastry until soft, but don't knead too much, as the Puff 
-Onion                                Pastry may taste bad when cooked because of the flour.                           
-Mozzarella Cheese        3) Roll the Puff Pastry into a round ball and roll it out with a rolling pin.
-Diced Tomatoes            4) Spread oil onto the pan.
-Red Pepper Sprinkle     5) Slowly and gently lift up the round pizza base and put is onto the oily pan
-Black Pepper Sprinkle       and add the Tomato sauce onto the pizza base.
                                       6) Add the diced Tomatoes and sliced Onions on the base, afterwards add the                                              Mozzarella Cheese.
                                      7) After all the things are add onto the pizza, sprinkle the Red Pepper and                                                   Black Pepper sprinkles on top of the Mozzarella Cheese.

What I think about the Pizza:

Texture: The Cheese is soft and stretchy, the base is not too soft and not too hard (just right), I didn't like the diced Tomatoes because they were really big, the Onion tastes great and soft.
Tastes: The Mozzarella Cheese tastes nice, the Tomato Sauce and diced Tomatoes were too sour, I added too much Red and Black Pepper and it was really spicy to me... The Onions tastes great!
If I could have another chance, I would make the base flatter put less Tomato sauce and diced Tomato, more Onions and sprinkle only Black pepper.



This was my final product of the pizza!
